I took this course in September to learn more about podcasting since I have my own – Rao Talk Podcast. Right now it’s just on YouTube but I thought then that I could learn more about Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc. And I did, by the way.
Now that I’ve done the course I can say it was worth the investment. For a cost of $132.50 CAD my class met for an hour a week on Zoom for 10 weeks. There were three assignments and a lot of group exercises. My classmates were a mix of newcomers to podcasting and people with podcasts already. It was fun to talk to them. To share an interest in podcasting.
This course was a first offering of Fanshawe’s “microcredential.” Upon completion I will get a “badge” I can attach to my LinkedIn profile. Honestly though, I took this course because it would be fun. Not to flex on my profile. But…why not flex anyway?
